1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to, accessing, or utilizing any services provided by B1G IPTV, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our service.

2. Service Description & Delivery

B1G IPTV provides access to proprietary middleware infrastructure delivering digital television streams, video on demand (VOD), electronic program guides (EPG), and associated metadata via standard streaming protocols (M3U playlists and Xtream Codes API).

• Fulfillment: After payment is confirmed, your unique credentials are sent by email within 30 minutes.
• Compatibility: You are responsible for ensuring your hardware device (Smart TV, Firestick, Android box, Apple TV, PC) supports your chosen IPTV application (e.g., TiviMate, IPTV Smarters, IBO Player).

3. Account Connections & Fair Usage Policy

Each standard subscription is provisioned for one (1) active simultaneous stream unless you specifically purchased a multi-room or multi-connection upgrade.

• You may install and configure your credentials across all your household devices. However, only your purchased quota of simultaneous active playback streams may be active at any given second.
• Sharing or distributing your account credentials publicly or re-streaming feeds across secondary commercial platforms is strictly prohibited and results in immediate automated revocation without refund.

4. Payments & Prepaid Billing

All plans (1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, 12 Months) are strictly prepaid. When your subscription period concludes, service pauses automatically until you decide to manually renew. We offer an unconditional 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee as detailed in our Refund Policy.

5. Service Availability & Maintenance

B1G IPTV aims to keep the service available and will give customers notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

6. Limitation of Liability

B1G IPTV is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. In no event shall B1G IPTV or its infrastructure operators be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from local ISP bandwidth throttling, external third-party broadcast source interruptions, or client-side application crashes.
